After the unprecedented success of our previous three versions of Viewers Choice Contest, we are pleased to announce its 4th edition i.e, Viewers Choice Contest for Short Films & Documentaries. This time we are also accepting films & docs up to 30 minutes long in duration. We took this decision based on the fact that there is a dearth of such film festivals in India which accepts films with longer duration.
4th Viewers Choice Contest will thus provide filmmakers to use more time and space to express their ideas & feelings. This contest provides an online platform to encourage and promote budding & talented film makers. There are many short film makers, who are getting direction and acting chances in feature films. Who knows, a big opportunity may knock your door very soon. WINNERS get Merit certificate, Film screening in forthcoming events, Feature in popular entertainment website & social media, Work in future film projects, Membership of Young Filmmaker Cell (YFC), Gift Vouchers & much more..
Winners will be decided on the basis of Creative and Technical merit - Story line, Subject treatment, Direction, Technical aspects (i.e., Cinematography, Screenplay, acting, music etc). In addition weight-age will be given to likes, views, watch time and comments etc of the film/video. There will be maximum 5 winners.
