			Aamir Khan appointed as the Brand Ambassador for Ministry of Women and Child Development July 04, 2011: Aamir Khan, Bollywood Film Star has been appointed as the Brand Ambassador for Ministry of Women and Child Development for spreading the message of curbing malnutrition among children. Aamir Khan met officials of the WCD ministry in New Delhi along with his creative team led by Prasoon Joshi, making a presentation on his concept how he plans to spearhead the campaign on arousing consciousness among people about ill effects of malnutrition and prevent children from trap of malnutrition. The Minister of State (Independent Charge) Smt. Krishna Tirath expressed happiness that Aamir is ready to shoulder this social responsibility without expecting anything in return.
