'Be The Change' is a contest for Short Films & Videos on patriotism, leadership, civic responsibility, women empowerment, gender equality, drug abuse, compassion for the disabled & other social issues. There is NO ENTRY FEE and contest is open to only INDIANS. In addition to Certificate of Merit, Winners will be eligible for Cash awards also. This contest will give tremendous opportunities to young filmmakers to showcase their talent to our global network of people from media and entertainment industry.

Six Sigma Films has launched this contest to promote social awareness on relevant social issues and actively involve the Indian youth in the building process of a better nation & society. This contest which will be promoted in nearly 3,00,000 community of movie buffs including 1,00,000 + social media network. This contest is an opportunity to celebrate, appreciate and reward high quality works of filmmakers with a vision to bring constructive changes in the society.

This contest is organized by Six Sigma Films, a major Film Production House. Participating films will be popularized and showcased to film industry. There are many short film makers, who are getting direction and acting chances in feature films. Who knows, a big opportunity may knock your door very soon.

Six Sigam Films & Coffi Shorts has organized several short film contests that have helped both debutant filmmakers as well as the professionals to showcase their talent and connect with the top filmmakers, producers, film investors & lenders. It has further helped the students of various reputed institutes to show their talent to the top decision makers from both entertainment and finance industry. We have earlier done short Film screenings at 5 Star venues like Taj Lands End, JW Marriott etc.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. It is a contest open for all Indians above 18 years - from a professional film maker to an aspiring film student or even for those people for whom film making is just a another hobby. Anybody who can make a short film / video, can participate in this contest.

2. You can submit your films online. Details are provided in the Entry Form. Otherwise filmmaker has to send the contest entry form and 2 DVDs of their film along with its promo/trailer, poster (optional) to our mumbai office.
3. Films/Videos in any language is acceptable, but it needs to be subtitled in english
4. The film/video should be free from any copyright issues of music, scripts and other 5. creative and technical aspects of film. Films submitted in earlier COFFI Shorts Contests will not be eligible. 6. Employees of Six Sigma Films (Bnet India Pvt Ltd) and partner companies are not eligible to participate in the contest.

7. Filmmaker can submit up to three short films/videos. Please note that a separate application must be submitted for each film.

2. Participating films will be popularized and showcased to senior film industry directors, producers and nearly 3,00,000 strong network including 1,00,000 + Social media network.
3. Eligibility for Membership to "Young Filmmakers Cell (YFC)". YFC is a platform to mentor, guide & help talented young filmmakers.
4. All the participants will regularly get updates about our other future initiatives which may include new contests, film projects, assistance in the submission of short films to film festivals and much more.

2. Cash Prize to winner filmmakers*. (1st winner - Rs 4000/- , 2nd winner - Rs 3000/-, 3rd winner - Rs 2000)

4. The winner/shortlisted films may get opportunity to be featured and promoted by The Buzz Diary on its viral website .
5. Winner Filmmakers will get an opportunity to become a member of YFC i.e, YOUNG FILMMAKERS CELL.
6. Shortlisted films will be screened at the next event of Six Sigma Films.
7. Selected films will be promoted and marketed in international film festivals.
8. Winner Filmmakers will also be considered for future projects of Six Sigma Films & its Associates
9. Additional club screenings for winner films in the future.

*The decision to distribute cash prizes to winners solely lies with Six Sigma Films. In case the participating films does not match the expected level of quality, winners will not be eligible for cash prize. However, the certificate of merit will be given to those winner filmmakers.
